SafeTurn is committed to handling every customer's belongings with the highest level of care. However, moving and transportation involve certain unavoidable risks. This policy explains how damage-related matters are handled.
Any visible damage or missing item must be reported to SafeTurn within 24 hours of delivery.
Reports received after 24 hours may not be eligible for investigation.

If SafeTurn determines that damage occurred due to proven negligence by its team, an appropriate resolution may be offered.

Customers must declare all fragile and valuable items before packing. If special handling or additional packing is recommended and declined by the customer, SafeTurn's liability may be limited.
Items packed completely by the customer will be transported with care. However, SafeTurn cannot guarantee protection against internal damage caused by insufficient packing.
Claims reported after the prescribed reporting period may not be accepted, as verification becomes difficult after delivery.
Every claim will be reviewed individually. SafeTurn's decision will be based on the available evidence, operational records, and the circumstances of the move.
