Welcome to SafeTurn. By requesting a quotation, booking our services, or using our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Booking Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only after:

• The customer accepts the quotation.
• The required booking amount (if applicable) is received.
• SafeTurn confirms the booking.

SafeTurn reserves the right to decline or cancel a booking before confirmation if operational resources are unavailable or the requested service cannot be safely performed.

2. Quotation Policy

All quotations are prepared based on the information provided by the customer during the enquiry, survey, or booking process.

The quoted price is valid only for the services, locations, inventory, and requirements shared at the time of quotation.

Additional charges may apply in case of changes such as:

• Pickup or delivery location
• Inventory quantity
• Floor level
• Lift availability
• Additional labour
• Additional vehicle
• Waiting time
• Additional services requested after booking

SafeTurn believes in transparent pricing. Any additional charges will always be communicated before proceeding.

3. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate pickup and delivery addresses.
• Share correct inventory details.
• Inform SafeTurn about fragile, oversized, or high-value items.
• Arrange society permissions, gate passes, or entry approvals.
• Ensure availability at pickup and delivery locations.
• Inform about access restrictions such as narrow roads or parking limitations.
• Ensure electricity, water, and lift availability where required.

4. Packing Responsibility

SafeTurn uses packing materials according to the selected service package. Items packed by customers before our team's arrival will be treated as customer-packed items.

5. Fragile & Valuable Items

Customers must declare fragile and high-value items before packing and transportation.

• Glass items
• Mirrors
• Artwork
• Antiques
• Televisions
• Electronics
• Aquariums
• Decorative items

Cash, jewellery, important documents, and highly valuable personal belongings should remain in the customer's custody.

6. Vehicle & Labour Waiting Time

If loading or unloading is delayed due to customer-side reasons such as society restrictions, lift waiting, parking issues, or access restrictions, additional waiting charges may apply after prior communication.

7. Transportation Delays

SafeTurn always aims to complete every move on time. However, delays caused by circumstances beyond our control may occur.

• Heavy traffic
• Road closures
• Weather conditions
• Government restrictions
• Vehicle breakdown
• Natural disasters

8. Restricted Items

SafeTurn does not transport items prohibited by law, including:

• Explosives
• Illegal substances
• Hazardous chemicals
• Flammable materials
• Restricted weapons

9. Payments

Payment terms will be communicated during booking.

• Booking amount (if applicable)
• Remaining payment after successful completion of service

10. Customer Cooperation

Customers agree to cooperate with the SafeTurn team throughout the moving process. Delays caused due to customer unavailability or last-minute changes may result in additional operational charges.

11. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellation and rescheduling requests shall be governed by SafeTurn’s Cancellation & Refund Policy.

12. Limitation of Liability

SafeTurn exercises reasonable care while handling customer belongings. However, SafeTurn shall not be responsible for:

• Existing damages before packing
• Mechanical or electrical failures
• Damage caused to customer-packed items
• Unavoidable delays

13. Policy Updates

SafeTurn reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on the official website.
